Task Breakdown: Per-Agent Inbox UI

Phase 1 — Dependencies​

  • T1 Install @react-email/components + @react-email/render in apps/web.

  • T4 Add-address wizard (4-step Sheet).

Phase 3 — Per-Agent inbox tab​

Phase 8 — Polish​

  • T35 Provider-error chip + retry action.
