Project Works — the repo-less project Work kind (EW-P2-4)

A Work with no repositories, no deploy and no generator: plain project tracking, and the Ever Works side of a Gauzy project in the Gauzy ↔ Ever Works integration (decision D3: Ever Works Works = Gauzy Projects; an opt-in "create in Ever Works" uses this kind).
